Dr. Strange Records Black Market Record Swap Last Sunday Kicked Ass!

I had to keep myself from spending a fortune at the Record Swap. All the vendors had good shit, I picked up an original pressing of Crimpshirne's "Sleep What's That?", "Turn It Around" MRR East Bay comp #2 and a T-shirt I have wanted for awhile for only five bucks. The "Black Market Record Swap" was the first record swap at Dr. Strange, being able to go to a swap and just look through Punk stuff, like I said kicked ass and I think we should do it more often.

Dr. Strange Records- Sun. April 17th- Punk Record Swap 12:00- 5:00 PM

This coming Sunday the Doc will be hosting his first all Punk Record Swap. Word on the street is that the vendors will be set-up in the parking lot next to Dr. Strange. The event starts at 12:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM, admission is free. See ya there!!

April 16th is National Record Store Day. Head on over to Dr. Strange for 15% off everything in the store except Nick's Dreadlocks and Jinx the store cat's tail. Also, free mustache rides for the ladies and Indian Rub Burns for the kids!! 

Rancho Cucamonga- Viva La Vegan! Grocery Store's First Pot-Luck and Food Sampling Event 3-9-12

Viva La Vegan in Rancho Cucamonga will be hosting it's first monthly vegan pot-luck and food sampling this weekend. There will also be some awesome free samples of stuff in the store. This will be there first of monthly potlucks and samplings that will happen on the second Saturday of every month. The goal is to reach out to the community by providing a place where vegans and people interested in the vegan lifestyle can get together and share food and ideas. Everyone is encouraged to bring a dish to the pot-luck but remember it must be vegan that means no meat, dairy, honey or refined sugar. You can find some great vegan recipes on  VegWeb.com .
